Hinweis zu Reise- und Stellplatzinformationen
Informationen zu Zufahrt, Übernachtung, Preisen, Regeln und Ausstattung können sich kurzfristig ändern. Sie ersetzen keine Prüfung der aktuellen örtlichen Regeln, Beschilderung, Betreiberangaben oder behördlichen Vorgaben. Eine Aufnahme in den Atlas ist keine Genehmigung zum Parken, Campen oder Übernachten.

Online-Streitbeilegung
Da RoofTentAtlas derzeit keine entgeltlichen Verträge mit Verbraucherinnen oder Verbrauchern schließt, wird keine Teilnahme an einem Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsverfahren angeboten. RoofTentAtlas is currently operated by an individual as a non-commercial information and community project. It currently has no advertising, affiliate partnerships, sponsorships, paid listings or product sales.

Travel and location information
Access, overnight-stay, price, rule and facility information can change without notice. It does not replace checking current local law, signs, operator information or official instructions. Inclusion in the atlas is not permission to park, camp or stay overnight.

Consumer dispute resolution
RoofTentAtlas currently does not enter into paid consumer contracts and does not participate in consumer dispute-resolution proceedings. If paid services are introduced, the legally required information will be added before launch.
